Return and Refund Policy

 

What do I do in case I receive a defective / damaged item from DCGpac

 

If an item ordered by you on Dcgtech is delivered to you in a damaged / defective condition, please email us at seema@dcgpac.com for a replacement. When we ship out the replacement item to you, we will also have the defective / damaged item picked up from you at our cost. 


How can I return a product ordered from DCGpac?


To provide you a worry free shopping experience on Dcgtech, we offer you a No Questions Asked Return Policy. Within 7 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item in its original packaging, for a refund (excluding shipping costs). 


When you return your product, just indicate the reason for your return in a short note (if you feel like it!), put the item and the note with the order number into a secure package, affix our address note (our returns address is given below) and send it through a reliable courier or mail it to us. We will refund to you the entire cost of the returned item, less shipping costs. Please note that we will provide a refund facility only for products bought from our store.

How and when will I get my refund?


Upon receipt of your package with the item in it, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be made to the same payment option(s) originally used to pay for the order.
