1. Is it necessary to have an account to shop on DCGpac?

Yes, it is necessary to login into DCGpac to shop. Shopping as a logged-in user is fast and convenient. You can also access a personalised shopping experience including recommendations and quicker checkout.

2. How do I check on the status of my order?

To check on the status of your order, please login to your account on our site and check on my order section. You may also call us at +91 80101 11444 or email us sales@dcgpac.com. Please mention your order number in the email. We will respond to email inquiries within 2 working days.

3. How do I place an order?

For online shopping please follow the below-mentioned steps:-

  1. Select the item / items you want to purchase, please check minimum order quantity while purchasing.
  2. Enter your pin code and order quantity
  3. Click on add to cart, then go to cart and click on checkout
  4. Confirm the shipping address and shipping method
  5. Choose the payment method and confirm the payment
  6. Once payment done then you will get order confirmation email.

In accordance with Govt. laws, we are required to collect GST on orders shipped within India.

6. How will I know if order is placed successfully?

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive the confirmation email and text message from DCGpac. This email will have all the details related to your order.

7. What are my payment options?

You can pay using below mentioned methods:-

  4. Credit (Only for selected or eligible customers)

We provide the wallet program to enable smooth shopping experience, where you can upload money and purchase any item/items on our site.

9. In what currency do I pay?

All prices listed on our website www.dcgpac.com are quoted in Indian currency (INR) only.

10. Will I receive a shipment confirmation?

Once your order has been processed and is ready to ship, you will receive an email containing your consignment number, which will allow you to track your order on our website www.dcgpac.com.

11. How long does it take to receive my order?

Delivering time depends upon the distance from our Fulfilment Centres to your delivery address. But you can see the delivery time during checkout page.

12. Payment deducted but order not successful

Please check your bank account or credit card account, if your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally credited to you by your bank within 7 business days. If not then please check with your bank for more details. If the money has been credited to our account we would initiate a refund within 3 business days of your request. Though the refund received date may vary depending upon your mode of payment.

13. Do you ship internationally?

We welcome all international orders and our partner courier company ships across the world. If you are an international customer and wish to contact our customer service department, please call us at +91 80101 11444. Our customer care representatives will assist you between Monday to Saturday (10 am-6 pm IST).

14. During delivery attempted, office was closed or person not available

The courier companies usually make 3 attempts to deliver your order. In case you do not receive your order, you can contact us.

15. What do I do with damaged, defective or missing products?

16. I am a vendor, how do I sell in your website?

We are constantly looking for unique & great products to add to our selection. You can click on become a seller, there you can follow the steps for seller registration and complete your profile, and thereafter list your product/ products. We will inform you if a sample is required for a quality check.

17. I am with the press, to whom should I contact?

18. Are there any hidden charges (Octroi or Sales Tax) when I shop on DCGpac?

There are NO hidden charges when you shop on DCGpac. The price you see on the Checkout page is final and it's exactly what you pay.

19. Can I club my orders from different sellers to be delivered together?

Currently, there is no option to club orders from different sellers to be delivered together as sellers could be located in different locations and the delivery timelines would vary based on their partnered courier service providers. To ensure your items reach you at the earliest, each seller ships their products as per their timelines.

20. How can I place bulk order?

You can place bulk orders from our website or if you need any assistance you can call us on +91 80101-11444. We will happy to solve your query.

21. What can I do if I need customization on the product/ products?

You can click on the customization tab on the website and do send your requirement. Our team will contact you within 24 hours for your assistance.

You can call us and let us know your requirement, and if possible you can send us the sample. We will give your customized item at your doorstep.

22. Do you save credit card/debit card details on DCGpac?

No. We do not save any card details on our website.

23. What is the pickup process for return/replacement items?

Once your return or replacement request is accepted, the pickup of the originally delivered product will be scheduled. An SMS with more details will be sent to you on the day of the pickup.
In cases where pickup service is not available from the courier service providers at your location, you may be asked to ship the item back to the seller within 30 days of the return-related email being sent to you.

24. Why are faster delivery options not available at my location?

Faster delivery options may not be available at your location due to courier-related reasons but we’re trying to expand our services to include more places. Stay tuned for updates!

25. Can I add item to my order after I have placed my order?

Unfortunately No. But you can place another order.

26. What is DCGpac reward program?

We offer a reward program for all buyers, please see the eligibility for more details from “My Account” after login. For redemption, you need a minimum of 500 reward points and you need to share details with us at loyalty@dcgpac.com
