1. How do I check on the status of my order?

To check on the status of your order, please visit the Track Orders page or click on the link https://www.dtdc.in/tracking/shipment-tracking.asp, enter your consignment number as provided by us. You may also call us on 8010111444 or email us sales

2. Can I order by phone?

Yes, you can. Please feel free to call us at 8010111444  from Monday to Saturday between 10 am-6 pm and place your order.

3. Will I be charged VAT/CST?

In accordance with tax laws, we are required to collect VAT/CST on orders shipped within India. The amount of CST varies by state.

4. What are my payment options?

You can pay by credit/debit card. You can also do COD( cash on delivery) or deposit money in our bank account-

5. In what currency do I pay?

All prices listed on our website https://www.dcgpac.com/ are quoted in Indian currency (INR) only.

6. Will I receive a shipment confirmation?

Once your order has been processed and is ready to ship, you will receive an email containing your consignment number, which will allow you to track your order on our website https://www.dcgpac.com/.

7. How long does it take to receive my order?

Delivering time depends upon the distance from our centralized warehouse to your delivery address. We have two delivery options-

1st Option- Express Delivery (Generally between 1-5 days).

2nd Option- Ground Delivery (Generally between 3-15 days).

8. Do you ship internationally?

We welcome all international orders and our partner courier company ships across the world. If you are an international customer and wish to contact our customer service department, please call us at +91 8010111444 or 0124-6694641. Our customer care representatives will assist you between Monday to Saturday (10 am-6 pm IST).

9. What is your return policy?

To provide you with a worry-free shopping experience at https://www.dcgpac.com/ and offer you a “No Questions Asked Return Policy”. Within 7 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item in its original packaging, for a refund (excluding shipping costs). When you return your product, just indicate the reason for your return in a short note (if you feel like it!), but the item and the note with the order number into a secure package, affix our address note (our returns address is given below) and send it through a reliable courier or mail it to us.

10. What do I do with damaged, defective or missing products?

If an item ordered by you on https://www.dcgpac.com/ is delivered to you in a damaged / defective condition, please email us at sales@dcgpac.com or call us on 8010 111 444 for a replacement. When we ship out the replacement item to you, we will also have the defective/damaged item picked up from you at our cost.

11. I am a vendor, how do I submit a product for review?

We are constantly looking for unique & great products to add to our selection. Vendors who are interested in submitting product samples to DCGpac.com for consideration are encouraged to email product images and pricing information to sales.

12. I am with the press, to whom should I contact?
