1. How do I check on the status of my order?

To check on the status on your order, please visit the Track Orders page or click on the link , enter your consignment number as provided by us . You may also call us @ +91 95601 73834 or email us . Please do mention your order number in the email. We will respond to email inquiries within 2 working days.

2. Can I order by phone?

Yes you can. Please feel free to call us at +91 99906 23551 or +91 95601 73834 from Monday to Saturday between 10am-6pm and place your order.

3. Will I be charged VAT/CST?

In accordance with tax laws, we are required to collect VAT/CST on orders shipped within India. The amount of CST varies by state.

4. What are my payment options?

You can pay by credit/debit card. You can also do COD( cash on delivery) or deposit money in our bank account-

5. In what currency do I pay?

All prices listed on our website are quoted in Indian currency (INR) only.

6. Will I receive a shipment confirmation?

Once your order has been processed and is ready to ship, you will receive an email containing your consignment number, which will allow you to track your order on our website .

7. How long does it take to receive my order?

Delivering time depends upon the distance from our centralized warehouse to your delivery address. We have two delivery options-

1st Option- Express Delivery (Generally between 1-5 days).

2nd Option- Ground Delivery (Generally between 3-15 days).

8. Do you ship internationally?

We welcome all international order and our partner courier company ships across the world. If you are an international customer and wish to contact our customer service department, please call us at +91 99906 23551. Our customer care representatives will assist you in between Monday to Saturday (10am-6pm IST).

9. What is your return policy?

To provide you a worry free shopping experience at and offer you a “No Questions Asked Return Policy”. Within 7 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item in its original packaging, for a refund (excluding shipping costs). When you return your product, just indicate the reason for your return in a short note (if you feel like it!), put the item and the note with the order number into a secure package, affix our address note (our returns address is given below) and send it through a reliable courier or mail it to us.

We will refund to you the entire cost of the returned item, less shipping costs. Please note that we will provide a refund facility only for products bought from our store.

10. What do I do with damaged, defective or missing products?

If an item ordered by you on is delivered to you in a damaged / defective condition, please email us at or call us @ +91 9871450001 for a replacement. When we ship out the replacement item to you, we will also have the defective / damaged item picked up from you at our cost.
